Nicholas E. Pantelopoulos handles litigation matters throughout the United States at both the trial and appellate levels. He regularly conducts trials before Florida, New York and New Jersey state and federal courts, and has successfully argued numerous appeals in both the state and federal appeals courts.
Mr. Pantelopoulos represents domestic and international airlines, product manufacturers, fixed-base operators, corporate clients, and their insurers, in tort-based aviation claims and litigation involving bodily injury, wrongful death, products liability, property damage, commercial disputes, discrimination claims, and subrogation.
Mr. Pantelopoulos is a former merchant marine and U.S. Naval officer, with additional experience in the representation of maritime interests in litigation and counseling relating to bills of lading, other carriage contracts and related disputes; bodily injury and death claims occurring at sea and onshore; and maritime products liability claims. He additionally also routinely counsels clients on contract negotiations, bankruptcy, trademark, and related issues.
